With the fast-growing demand for diversity Sourcing, we are now offering a complete Diversity Sourcing Program. The Program consists of a four-day intensive training course, capped by the Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification exam. Since its introduction last year, the Program has been in high demand and received numerous positive feedback from participants.
The four training webinars will provide instruction on six core Sourcing skill areas covered in our original Certified People Sourcing Professional exam, focusing on applying those skills to the challenges of diversity Sourcing. You will learn the essential techniques and strategies to be proficient in all Sourcing areas and the best ways to apply these to reaching your diversity Sourcing goal.
Day 1 (Tuesday, September 26th from 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific) - Introduction to Diversity & Sourcing Essentials
Day 2 (Wednesday, September 27th from 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific) - A Deeper Look at Diversity Search Strategies
Day 3 (Thursday, September 28th from 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific) - Homework Review, Demonstrations, and Q&A
Day 4 (Friday, September 29th from 8 AM to 10 AM Pacific) - Exam Overview and Prep
Then get certified any time during the testing window - Saturday, September 30th at 12AM Pacific through Sunday, October 8th at 11:55PM Pacific.
